Freedom Plaza, a transformative development planned for the heart of New York City, is designed to be more than just a space — it’s a cultural, culinary, and entertainment destination. With a bold vision that includes a state-of-the-art casino, a flagship hotel, and a vibrant food market, the development team needed a way to not only visualize the project, but to shape and communicate its experience to stakeholders, investors, and the public.

• Interactive, browser-based guided tours that allowed users to explore the environments remotely — complete with video, voiceover, and key narrative touchpoints.
• Design experience ideation for the food market and grocery, including layout, flow, materiality, lighting, and user interaction strategy — helping transform the concept into a fully realized visitor journey.
